Financial District.
During his time at West & East Bay, he was assistant Project Superintendent on the retrofit project for EarthJustice, a non-profit environmental law firm. The retrofit was one of the first LEED-certified (Leadership in Energy Efficient Design) tenant improvement projects in the country. Mr. Perricone was designated LEED contact for West & East Bay. In 2002, Mr. Perricone moved to the mountains of Southern Humboldt, where he founded a state of the art marijuana farm, complete with year round cloning operations and a state-of-the-art light deprivation outdoor growing system that is considered the industry standard today.
In 2014, He founded a local chapter of California Cannabis Voice Humboldt (CCVH), a political action committee (PAC). Mr. Perricone raised over $100,000 to fund the PAC, which organized and ran stakeholder meetings with local law enforcement, lawyers, politicians, environmentalists and building and planning department experts to raft the ordinance that is now used to regulate the legal cannabis industry in Humboldt County. The process took over 15 months, and the ordinance was adopted by the Humboldt Supervisors in October of 2015.
